• Registration: 9:30–10:00

• Event start: 10:00

• Round length: 3 hours per round

• Lunch break: 30 minutes

• Game system: Games Workshop (GW) table layouts

• Tables: 16 competition-grade tables (1 dedicated stream table with live-streaming room)

• Army size: 2000 points

• Number of rounds: (scheduled to fit event length; further details on pairing and scoring provided at venue)

Prizes

• Medals for top 3 players

• Best Painting award

Entry

• Entry fee: £25.00

• Registration on the day between 9:30 and 10:00; event begins promptly at 10:00

Venue

• Saltire Games arena

• Live-streaming room for the stream table and custom terrain setup

Notes

• Please arrive early to set up and be ready to start at 10:00.

• Bring rulebooks, army lists, and any required tokens/measure tools.

• Table assignments and pairing information will be issued at the start.

• Standard GW sportsmanlike conduct expected.
